One of the biggest advantages to camping out in an RV in Florida is that the winter is no big deal. It can get chilly, but downright cold? Not really! That’s why so many people escape where it’s warmer in the winter.

After comparing prices on 10 popular RV Parks & Resorts in Florida during the winter season I can tell you that the daily rates vary between $56 and $203, the weekly rates between $299 and $899 while the montly rates varies between $546 and $2,599 you will find more details in my comparisson table.

Here is a table that shows the daily, weekly and monthly rates during the winter season at 10 different RV Parks or Resorts in Florida along with where in florida they are located starting with the cheaper options.

The Palmetto RV park Fisherman’s Cove is an appealing resort with handicap accessibility. Staying grants you access to amenities like a sizable community dog run, outdoor pavilion, pickleball court, tiki hut with an outdoor BBQ, waterfront pool, fitness center, and jetted hot spa.

You can also use kayaks and paddle boards, fish on the 350-foot pier, enjoy a private boat ramp, play in the game room or clubhouse, do laundry, and use the full range of RV hookups.

The winter rates at Fisherman’s Cove begin on October 1st through April 30th

To stay at a standard site, you’ll spend $129 for daily rentals, $799 for weekly rentals, $1,799 for monthly rentals, and $899 a month for annual rentals. Electric is included, but you’re charged extra for it.

To stay at a premium RV site costs $179 for daily rentals, $899 for weekly rentals, $2,599+ for monthly rentals, and between $999 and $1,199 a month for annual rentals.

Breezy Oaks RV Park

Bushnell’s Breezy Oaks RV Park is situated by the Withlacoochee State Forest. Offering around-the-clock staff, picnic tables for having meals outdoors, clean bathrooms and showers, on-site laundry, and free cable and Wi-Fi throughout most of the park.

Breezy Oaks has a seven-month winter special that begins on October 1st and lasts until April 30th. During that span, you’ll pay only $549 for a standard site and $649 for a premium site each month. It requires that you will pay for all seven months even if you decide to leave in, let’s say, March, you still got to pay until the 30th of April.

If you, on the other hand, are interested in just staying a month or two, the price will be $799 for a standard site and $899 for a premium site.

Their nightly rate with electricity included is $69,95, and the weekly rate is $299

Kissimmee RV Park   

Kissimmee RV Park is a stone’s throw from the Walt Disney World resort and far cheaper than staying at the park!

The RV park features amenities like potlucks, bingo, RV storage, propane sales, horseshoe pits, shuffleboard courts, free Wi-Fi, a heated swimming pool, a rec hall, and clean bathrooms. You can also take advantage of electric hookups, ice, and laundry.

Oh, and pets are allowed!

The winter rates for October 1st through November 30th are $695 a month for a basic site, $725 for a premium site, and $845 for a deluxe site.

From January 1st to March 31st, the monthly rates are $895 for a basic site, $950 for a premium site, and $995 for a deluxe site.

You’re required to put down a deposit of $95.

On their website, they don’t show the daily or weekly rates. Instead, you have to go into their booking page and search for the date you are interested in and see what is available and what price they offer, so I did this across various winter dates for you, and I got up daily rates between $69,95 to $72,95 and weekly rates from $422 to $491.

Treasure Coast RV Resort

Fort Pierce’s Treasure Cove RV Resort is between Port St. Lucie and Vero Beach. You and your family or friends can partake in fun activities during your stay like bocce ball, karaoke, bingo, arts and crafts classes, line dancing, poker, and water fitness.

You can bring pets, but only two dogs. You must follow the other park rules, like quiet hours between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. and no parking in empty sites.

From January 1st through March 31st, you’ll pay $92 a day, $550 to $570 a week, and $1,555 to $1,800 a month to stay.

From November 1st through December 31st, you’ll spend $67 a day, $365 to $385 a week, and $920 to $940 a month.

Cypress Campground & RV Park

Cypress Campground & RV Park in Winter Haven is only 2.3 miles away from Legoland, so it’s conveniently located if you have kiddos.

As a visitor at the park, you can stay at one of 120 pull-through sites and use amenities like free Wi-Fi, bathhouses, free cable, a children’s play area, a library with fireplace, free mini golf and bocce ball, laundry rooms, a heated pool, and propane for sale.

The resort also offers activities like movie nights, bingo, arts and crafts, water aerobics, card games, board games, and line dancing.

The monthly winter rates for October 1st through November 30th are $650 for a basic site, $675 for a premium site, and $725 for a deluxe site.

Between January 1st and March 31st, you’ll spend $795 a month on a basic site, $925 on a premium site, and $1,065 on a deluxe site. You must pay a $95 deposit.

Lake Rousseau RV Park

Stay for a while on lovely Lake Rousseau at the Lake Rousseau RV Park in Crystal River.

Cool off in the resort-style pool, take your boat out onto the lake, or partake in a fishing tournament while you’re here.

The monthly standard rate between November and April is $613 with electricity, and the monthly premium rate is $639. They also have a good year-round offer where it costs $466 each month or if you pay up front for the whole year for $5329 you get a 5% discount.

Stagecoach RV Park

St. Augustine’s Stagecoach RV Park offers picturesque tranquility for your Florida getaway. The park features LP refills, laundry facilities, a modern bathhouse, a dog park, and outdoor activities aplenty, including ski ball, oversized checkers, cornhole, basketball, horseshoes, volleyball, and badminton.

All sites measure 40 feet by 60 feet and come with Wi-Fi, cable TV, and sewer, water, and electrical hookups.

From November 1st through April 30th, you’ll spend $980 to $1,060 a month plus electricity and taxes, and the weekly rate varies between $336 and $378 while the daily rates are $56 to $63.

Hickory Point RV Park

At Hickory Point RV Park, the mantra is “relax, restore, repeat.” The appealing park features its own boat dock with personal docks, a boat ramp, and full boat access.

You can rent tether ball, cornhole, horseshoes, badminton, and volleyball equipment and kayaks. There’s a pet park on the grounds, a fishing pier, a dump station, and a recreational building.

The winter rates are from November 1st through April 30th. You’ll pay $670.80 a week for a premium waterfront spot, $648.89 for a park view spot, $518.89 for a sizable pull-through, $487.92 for a premium back-in, and $467.89 for a value back-in.

Bay Bayou RV Resort

Tampa’s Bay Bayou RV Resort has plenty of fantastic amenities for a long, relaxing stay. You can engage in dinner dances, swim in the heated pool, take your dog for a walk in the park, or fish or launch your boat from the docks.

The clubhouse has lots of entertainment, from billiards tables to televisions and a lending library. You can also rent equipment for bocce ball, horseshoes, shuffleboard, and kayaking.

The winter rates from November 1st through April 30th cost $85 to $97 a night for a deluxe site and $90 to $102 a night for a premium site.

The weekly rate is $430 to $515 for a deluxe site and $450 to $540 for a premium site. You can also pay monthly, with prices between $1,055 and $1,785 for a deluxe site and $1,125 and $1,835 for a premium site.

Silver Springs RV Park

If you’re over 55 and looking for an RV park with others in your age range, don’t miss Silver Springs RV Park. Located near Ocala National Forest, this is a great place to camp out for a night or several!

You’re also within range of Silver Springs State Park, the Appleton Museum of Art, Ocala Golf Club, Pine Oaks Ocala, and Ocala National Forest.

To stay at Silver Springs RV Park between October 1st and December 31st, you’ll pay $625 a month for a basic site and $675 for a premium site with 50-amp electricity.

Between January and March, the basic site rate is $695 a month and the premium rate is $795. You must put down a deposit of $95.
