Stationary RV Life in Florida: A Breakdown of the Costs
Stationary RV life is when you permanently reside in your RV full-time within a campground, for an extended period with no plans to leave, even during winter. A private RV park will be ideal if you want to live stationary RV life in Florida. Fortunately, many private RV parks allow people to live in Florida for an extended period.
Living stationary RV life comes with many costs, just like living in a house. Your living expenses can vary depending on the following:
- Location of the campground
- Duration of your stay
- Amenities at the campground
- Your lifestyle
- Your budget
RV Campground Fees
One of the first expenses you’ll have to factor in is RV campground fees. The cost of staying at a campground for a specified period can vary significantly from one location to the next. For instance, on average, Jasmine Breeze RV Park charges $970 campground fees monthly for two people.

Even though I am not spending a penny on campgrounds or RV parks but instead going boondocking all the time and living cheaply at the moment on the Canary Islands it still ends up costing me and my wife between $1000 to $2000 a month depending on what we do.
But of course, it is possible to pay even less than the $1500 a month on the low side in Florida but on average that is what it’s gonna cost you if you take care and save your money and if not all the way up to $4000 but where most couples will spend around 2-2.5 thousand dollars a month.
